Lime was founded in March of 2006 by Rich Donovan, a Columbia MBA, former member of Merrill Lynch’s proprietary trading team and successful entrepreneur who happens to have cerebral palsy. Originating as Morris Street Partners, the organization undertook an intense strategic branding process that resulted in Lime – clearly representing the organization’s fresh, out-of-the-box business approach in the disability space.
